Our Story
John Serock, the founder of Serock Catering, has always been drawn to the culinary world. At the age of 12, he began working with his grandmother, a cook and banquet manager, where he discovered his passion for catering. This early experience laid the foundation for his life's work. After completing high school, John attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island to hone his culinary skills. He graduated with honors from the Culinary and Foodservice Management program and went on to serve as a teaching assistant in the banquet department.
In the late 2000s, John Serock Catering was born after a friend requested his services for a family party. Since then, John has built a successful catering business, servicing clients in Delaware, Chester, and Lancaster counties, as well as beyond. With over 21 years of experience, John has established a reputable company with a growing team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
